｜英國燈具大廠 Anglepoise｜Original 經典原創 1227 桌燈｜ 

我們都知道 Anglepoise 最重要的就是它的神奇彈簧，而發明了神奇彈簧的 George Carwardine 先生，最初是因為觀察到汽車工廠的同仁在工作時，有近距離檢查細小零件或是避震系統結構等特殊光源需求，才有了將神奇彈簧拿來製作 Anglepoise 檯燈的念頭。這座原本是工業用途的檯燈，它的「折臂式結構」設計靈感來自於人類的四肢，透過彈簧伸縮可以使燈臂活動自如，又能長時間固定在同一角度位置，而一切重量的平衡來自厚實的底座。燈罩的特殊曲線還能聚光省電（古早的說明書提到，Anglepois 燈具可用較低瓦數的燈泡營造高瓦數的亮光，達到省電效果）。

編號 1227 的檯燈，就是 George Carwardine 在 1934 年所開發出來的第一盞家用版的 Anglepoise 檯燈，如此重要的設計後來還被倫敦設計博物館列為當代最具影響力的六項設計之一，英國在向世界推廣自家設計的時候總不忘拿出來自滿一下。家喻戶曉的經典程度就連皇室也愛用，如果你問英國女王檯燈要選哪一家的，相信她會告訴你：當然是我書桌上那盞 Anglepoise 囉！
